SPRING CLEANING II

I thought you might like some background on this cleansing thing. Maybe I should have posted this article first, but too late. You get the background after the process, but I think you can handle it.

So, what is your aura and why is it important?

All life on earth is made up of both physical (visible) and spiritual (invisible) components. Science knows a lot about our physical components but not much about the spiritual part of us. However, after Kirlian photography was invented in 1939, it became possible to see this elusive energy called the aura, which is composed of electromagnetic energy and measures at about 4 wats of energy in each of us.

Your aura is the energy that keeps your body alive. You can think of it as your spiritual essence, or your soul energy. In addition, you can think of this energy as containing all the wisdom and experience you have accumulated over endless time (nobody knows how long that is).

The aura is complex and many-layered. Some people can see auras around people, animals, plants, and other objects. Maybe you are one of them. Auras contain a lot of information about us. They reflect the condition of our health and the levels of stress in our body and mind.

You can learn to see auras if you want to, and I can write a blog post showing you how if you are interested.

Your aura reflects the condition of your energy. If you are experiencing stress, your aura is small, radiating only an inch or two around your body. When you are relaxed and feeling good your aura expands to three feet or more around you.

The bigger your aura is, the less you are influenced by stress or negativity in your environment. It’s like being in a bubble of positive energy, and it enables you to be calm while others are anything but.

When you use any of the cleansing processes I shared in my last post, your aura becomes bigger, and that’s why your energy changes from negative to positive.

Back to Cleansing

Just as you can take charge of your personal energy by cleansing yourself, you can take charge of your environment by cleansing it.

Have you ever walked into a room or a building and experienced negative energy, such as tension, fatigue, boredom, or trouble focusing? Energy always leaves an impression even when the activity in that particular place has ended. It may be your workplace, your home, a taxi, the grocery store, the train, plane, or bus you are on – anywhere. We are sensitive to energy wherever we go. We accept negativity and try to push it away even if we’re not consciously aware of it because we don’t know we can change it. Well, you don’t have to accept negative vibrations in your environment any more. You can change it easily and quickly.

I have learned that my energy is clearer and stronger when I cleanse my home every morning when I wake up and every night before going to sleep. If I sense that the energy has gotten stagnant or murky any time during the day, I cleanse my home again. You can cleanse your car whenever you use it. You can cleanse your hotel or motel room if you are traveling and your means of transportation, as well. You can cleanse your meeting room at work, your office, your cubicle, the classroom where you teach or go for class, anywhere you spend time. Notice the difference in how you feel now that you have taken charge of your environment.

How to Cleanse Your Environment

It’s a three-step process.

  1. Cleanse yourself, using the process of your choice in my last post.
  2. Cleanse your environment. Picture your environment filled and surrounded with white light. If you sense the energy being particularly negative, you can send a white tornado all through the area, ending with peaceful, bright, white light filling and surrounding it.
  3. Cleanse yourself again. This ensures that you don’t end up with any of the negativity that was in the environment.

It’s a simple and powerful process, and you have created an environment that everyone can benefit from.

Important to Know

Cleansing the environment does not cleanse the people that may be in it, and that’s a good thing. Even though they will benefit from the positive environment you have created, they have not asked to have their energy changed. It’s like cleaning a swimming pool. Everybody benefits from clean water even though they’re not taking a bath.

If you have questions, please post them in the comments below. Please share your experiences with cleansing in my previous post, too, and any other cleansing techniques you use. We can’t have too much information about this important subject.
