You may have figured out that I am all about developing our full potential. We humans have so much potential that we’ve not even begun to explore. No fault of our own. It just hasn’t been on the front burner very long (only about 70 years). But now that we are moving into a new age with a completely different vibration, the time is right to learn what our inner gold mine has to offer.
Before we peek into that inner goldmine, we need to make sure our mind is clear, so I’m going to share some processes with you that will help clear your mind, reduce your stress, and sharpen your awareness. These inner cleansing processes are simple and can be done physically or mentally. Those of you who are already using inner cleansing processes may want to add these to your collection.
The processes are numbered, not by importance, but for convenience in differentiating them. Use the one(s) that feel comfortable to you.
Inner Cleansing I
- Rub your hands together until they feel warm and tingly.
- Pass your hands over your forehead and down to your temples (touching or not touching your forehead and temples, whichever feels comfortable to you) while saying “I cleanse my body.”
- Shake your hands to keep the energy flowing, then pass them over your head and the back of your neck (touching or not) while saying, “I cleanse my soul.”
- Shake your hands again and repeat until you feel relaxed or feel chills or tingles on your body.
Inner Cleansing II
- Visualize yourself doing the process above, mentally repeating the words.
- Mentally repeat the words without visualizing.
- Repeat until you feel relaxed, chills, or tingles.
Inner Cleansing III
- Say out loud or mentally repeat, “In the name of the Christ within me, I cleanse my body, I cleanse my soul” while visualizing a hula hoop of white light passing from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet and continuing up and down.
- Repeat until you feel relaxed, chills, or tingles.
Inner Cleansing IV
- Say aloud or mentally, “I invoke the light of the Christ within, I’m a clear and perfect channel, light is my guide.”
- Repeat until you feel relaxed, chills, or tingles.
I love these processes and use them all the time. Taking charge of your energy is empowering. You can use these processes to keep you calm when you are stuck in heavy traffic, to prepare yourself as you go from one part of your day to the next (before you start work and before you leave work, before and after meetings, before and after meditation, etc.), when things get hectic at home or at school, to charge you up when you get tired, or to de-stress after any stressful situation. You get the picture.
Things to Remember
Feel free to teach these processes to family and friends. Little kids love to do Inner Cleansing I. However, do not cleanse anyone without their permission, as it changes their energy. You can have someone cleanse you to see what it feels like.
When/if you do cleanse someone else (at their request or with their permission) cleanse yourself before and after cleansing them. That keeps everyone’s energy compact.
